请教大家，8/4激活iphone 13 的时候只激活了eSIM，我过两天联系客服一顿操作换成physical SIM，现在已经超过60天了但是手机还没有解锁
昨天online chat 客服说满60天会自动解锁，but unlock process takes 15-30days，是不是在瞎扯，有什么办法可以提交要求解锁？

yeah, and a35 and edge 2024 are around $165 too for 3 months of service, i don’t really care about the additional month of service, i just want the best phone i can get for the least amount of money
