我依稀记得以前spg白金貌似有个啥room type gurantee，可是刚翻marriott 白金的benefits 貌似只是48 houra room gurantee， 好像还必须是paid stay？
所以比如定了fn的king 房，只给了单queen房型，也就只能这样了？
Update，感谢nealaws的提醒，根据t&c, 不同品牌有不同补偿金额，我住的那个牌子是100USD，发了complain+marriott twitter，隔一天property的经理就同意补偿了（还问我points可不可以，我说不行，就要cash），还在确认给我cash的方式，之后回来再update。
注：我还发现post 的stay 没有给我welcome points和lounge closure 的compensation point 750 points/night（不同品牌不同），也一并要求补登了。
