You can get your Port Out PIN and account number through our app. Here’s how:Tap your initials icon in the upper leftGo to the Billing sectionChoose "Cancel Plan"Select a reason and tap "Continue"When asked if you want to take your number, choose "Yes, please"Read the information, check the boxes, and tap "Cancel my Plan"Your Port Out information will then be displayed and available on your Plan page. Note that for security, port-out PINs expire after 7 days. You can request a new one by following the same steps if needed.
