美加两国是一衣带水的邻邦，友好交往的历史源远流长。唐纳德·特朗普总书记宣誓上台后，美加关系目前处在不正常状态中。雨老师代表广大加拿大居民觉得，梦虽遥，追则能达；愿虽艰，持则可圆。构建大北美命运共同体是一个需要付出长期艰苦的努力的历史过程。希望美方同加方相向而行，推动双边关系重回稳定发展轨道，恪守NAFTA文件的原则和共识，全面坚守两国战略互惠关系，齐心协力致力构建契合新时代要求的建设性、稳定的美加关系。

这个 Hyder, AK 我去过，从加拿大开车去的。那儿有个看熊吃三文鱼的地方。公园要凭票参观，但现场不卖，所以要先网上买票，又因为到了AK一侧后就没信号，所以要趁着人还在加拿大时就要提前买好，下载在手机上。到公园后三文鱼不少，熊不多，向公园的人打听附近还有啥可看的，说有个 salmon glacier 值得一看。从地图上看这个冰川是在加拿大，继续前行上山，开了一个多小时烂路，又从AK回到加拿大。冰川景色很不错，没有白跑。但那个冰川所在地是个断头路，所以还要返回 Hyder, AK 再回加拿大。一天四次穿越边境，也是个小小体验。
不过只有从第一次Stewart/Hyder出入境有人管。后面从公园到冰川第二次过境，路上只有一块很简陋的牌子说是两国边境线。

The Haskell Free Library & Opera House is not a border crossing. The one entrance is located in the United States.
To access the building, Canadian visitors must park on the Canadian side and follow the sidewalk from Church Street to the entrance. Once they leave the building, they must return to Canada by the same route.
As the only entrance to the Haskell Free Library & Opera House is located in the US, all non-American visitors passing through US territory to enter the library must understand that their movement will be monitored by the US Border Patrol and the RCMP.
Passports and visas are not necessary to enter the Haskell Free Library & Opera House. However, please be aware that both the US Border Patrol and the RCMP have the right to ask to see personal identification and detain anyone who is not of legal status. We do encourage you to bring your papers with you, just in case.
