开卡和升级双吃？还是单单升级双吃？

我之前开了张delta biz gold. 开卡没完成就升级了platinum,能双吃吗？客服说拿到升级要再花六千而不是total 花六千！什么情况？真的假的？

biz platinum升级到reserve最好offer是楼里这个吗？花一万给40k miles+$200

请问是什么时候开的biz gold
2月份，楼上有人说了biz gold 开卡以后就可以升级，不用一年。我是今天才看到这个楼
升级链接可以打开看到offer应该就是有效的吧？不然会说ineligible
我又试了一下，继续点进去也是sorry页面，是我高兴太早了，开始的页面确实写着50k+$200
另一个offer 花$6k 给30k miles+$100还在

delta gold收到了升级platinum的offer，3k消费给30k miles+$250，还没开过platinum，值得升吗？还是之后直接开ll的platinum
我擔心的是一年後降不回來delta biz gold
business platinum不能降级business gold，这个比较特殊。 我25年3月打电话的时候客服说是最新的规定， 其他的卡互转没问题。
