1月初取消了一张delta机票，是改过的，所以他们系统里应该有两张信用卡信息。
收到了邮件，但是显示的退款信用卡尾号不是我任意一张信用卡的，在网上问他们， 说显示的不是信用卡的尾号，和我核对了正确的信用卡号码。
但是到现在也没收到，amex那边查了也说没收到，delta坚持说1月10号就已经退款了
这咋办
请问delta这显示的 Refund是到尾号1019的amex卡么？

delta可以联系到什么部门和amex一起三方么？
有没有可能是refund到别人的卡上了，坐等一个“看谭友赚钱”贴

我一月初delta 也refund 了我，虽然不是amex 刷的，但是邮件里会标明 返还的form of payment
格式如下
Ticket Number/Amount/Form of Payment
收到邮件第二天就收到了退款，退款的cc 是邮件里写的form of payment 那个cc
如果尾号不对估计是delta 弄错了，如果delta坚持说退款了， 你问下他们退对人没有 
感觉退travel credit 是系统自动的，退cc 是人工审核操作的

delta感觉完全在推脱，而且我搞不清楚到底谁说的对
因为网站上显示是Credit Card， AX *1019
所以我默认为他们退到1019这张卡
但是我邮件联系他们两次，一次回的是Mastercard ending in *1019，一次回的是Back to American Express ending in 1019
我又联系了他们网站的chat，agent告诉我说他那里看到的是另外一个号码（这次说的是对的号码）
所以肯定里面混乱了，但是又不知道找谁，怎么找到
直接打电话吧，chat 和email 感觉沟通效率太低。而且估计权限也不如电话客服高
打过电话了：（
让我打他们的通用电话800-221-1212 ，不过也没解决，大家有其他的电话号码么？
打电话问一下 我之前出现过类似情况 好像是系统错把refund打到我的travel credit里了 客服帮我修正了这一错误
会不会是你的virtual card，退到virtual card好像会慢一些。

这个客服说他们系统里显示3月12号退款才发出，这过俩月了。
再等几天看看吧
你这个看上去似乎也是退到了公司卡 
是不是你也用了出差行程退的credit，只要用了公司的钱，似乎delta默认全部退到公司卡，
