仔细看 savings 不包括在 Qualifying Balance

4号发起 ACAT transfer 搬走投资账户
今天收到 letter (good version)，落款是 8 号. WTF?
有个问题，是15号以后刷的tax什么的都算2%，还是15号 post的算2%，还是包含15的statement就都算 2%了
不错啊。

最后是good 还是 bad？
其实也不用纠结了，amex 各种卡时不时有副卡 2k/10k 、4k/15k offer，不交税的话足够用了
bad，等9.15再确认
9/15了，我的账户显示good version，investment还算，4% up to 10k，exclude tax。之前收到bad letter and email说股票不算

加粗的那句话，让我觉得以后可能要等账单出来才能看到额外2%，不能很快看出来每一笔是否有额外2%了。
