中西部公立学校大二在读，打算申请PhD，最近和高人交流并且认真分析了情况。

作为一个主修 统计学，数据科学，计算机科学 ； 辅修 气象学，历史学的GPA差生，毅然决然的决定转专业到数学和运筹学，放弃申请统计学PhD转而申请运筹学PhD。
