最近刚fully rehab完个multii-family,在收集HELCO和cash out finance信息
整体感觉,不确定是08长期政策问题,还是过去高利率环境导致,亦或者经济前景不明朗,整体各个lender都是偏谨慎,各种指标都要求不低,一种明摆着不想做这个loan的架势

这还是regional bank,loan depot这些loan agent能给的最好的,大bank基本上更加严格,感觉完全不想做这类loan
这很多信息和看之前前辈们玩BRRRR的时候对比,严格很多,导致project turnover,profit都差不少
好奇有经验的朋友,交流交流心得,也许是找的loan agent不够多?总之refinance/helco这个环节感觉有问题
