本人CR1 绿卡，6/5/25在Santa Ana FO面试。130部分非常顺利。本人以前曾经在国防七子读本科，并且被INA 212(f), PP10043拒签过，被Officer盘问了40分钟。Officer说不想问那么多，但是系统要求她问。被问到有没有接受政府资助、有没有接受过相关训练、自己或者同学有没有参加过政府项目、有没有参加过GFW的建设和维护（没错、本人就是读的那一所）。仔细问了之前学习的field，并问了22年签证面试时VO的问题和回答。虽然Officer小姐姐人非常nice，但是问的还是很专业很有逻辑性的，并且会有一些语言上的陷阱。面试完了之后说等通知，但是第二天485就通过了。另外因为本人是transgender，所以只能用Birth Certificate上的Gender Marker，不过这个是意料之中（因为Trump的EO）。准备在交751的时候尝试改名改性别（不然这张临绿就没办法作为travel document去别的国家了），但是也不抱希望。

说是和485 Eligibility相关，然后485上有很多Yes or No Questions里面有一项是Have you ever been denied a US Visa? 我是因为读过7子学校被INA 212(f)拒签的,听起来比较敏感。
