AMEX收到邮件approved for a new Card.请问在哪看额度和卡片信息

AMEX上传三件套一个工作日后，打电话审批通过了。但是没有看到amex14位卡号信息和卡片额度。
只有一封这样的邮件Good news - you’ve been approved for a new Card.

看不了 我开了个nll白金 也是收到邮件，可以通过邮件添加到自己账户，但没有卡号
我问客服能不能加急因为马上要出门，他说现在不给加急了，如果是出境了可以10天后打电话要求replacement寄往国外

然后邮箱还没有收到卡片邮寄的信息，纽约预计等半个月是吧
