最早两个星期前Reddit有贴透露，万豪7/14 开始引入自动升房系统Automated Complimentary Upgrades（ACU）， 现在更多细节流出， 新的升房方式将会是系统自动产生：

ACUs will build on the current complimentary upgrade system to place Marriott Bonvoy Gold and higher-tier Elite members in a higher room category.”

How does ACU work?
ACU matches eligible reservations with available NUA inventory. Members are prioritized for upgrades based on the GXP upgrade ranker which considers a variety of factors, including:
- Current and lifetime Elite status
- Spent across Marriott international and your hotel
- Prior upgrade fulfillment
- Stay recency
- Cobrand cardholder status
Note: room rate is not factored into the upgrade ranker
ACU runs 3:00PM local time. If an upgrade is granted, the member will receive a push notification in the Marriott Bonvoy App, notifying them of the upgrade without specific room details. Simultaneously, the hotel will receive a GXP with the confirmed upgrade room type.
NUA: Nightly Upgrade Awards (NUA) is a one-night confirmable upgrade to a premium room or suite. 万豪升房劵
GXP- Guest Experience Platform。万豪内部使用的客人管理系统，里面存储了客人的好多资料包括preferences, reward status等等。
基本上就是以前在万豪花钱多，升房几率就会大一些
