Capital One Travel 看不到公务舱票

最近准备回国,想顺便把 C1 VX 的 travel credit 用掉,打算通过 Capital One Travel 订一张南航 TPE–PVG / SHA–URC 的 multi-city 票。

前几天看票价的时候,公务舱比经济舱还便宜,C1 Travel 也只显示了公务舱票,没有经济舱。但这两天经济舱价格降下来了,只比公务舱便宜一点点,结果现在反而看不到公务舱的选项了。

打电话问了客服,说他们也没办法,我们看不到的票,他们也看不到。请问大家有没有遇到类似情况?或者有什么 workaround 可以看到公务舱选项吗?

可以发邮件给ceo问问,把这个事情尽量的上纲上线。说你是高端高净值高消费客户,他们一点都不关心高端用户,整个travel portal搜索功能基本是废物,然后因为这个事情你和你的family还有朋友都ditch c1(本来自己是非常忠诚的客户,很痛心),还是amex做得好这类的,以后准备个人和公司的消费都走amex。大概就这类的prompt让chatgpt给你写几遍然后邮件ceo再cc所有能搜到的高层的email
