邮件里好像确实是不会写上客服额外承诺的福利的，但是里面有note会写好，其他客服也看得到，都是这样的。
不过我也request了record review，是因为客服承诺649，最后收了我799的包，我就让他们自己查录音，最后半个月后给我把差价退回来了。

我这边认识的ABI名字和姓都是印度的 
预定的那个电话，直接跟他们说要反映dishonest practise就行。不过其实也没用，对方答应我3-5个business day给我回复。然而到今天也没给我打电话。Anyway，我已经BBB走起了
问题是，我问预定酒店的那个客服，对方明确表示看不到除了100K的点数以外的任何额外note。。。
他们给我打电话了刚刚，说这个东西不会出现在邮件里面，是book 了date之后完成pre会给的200 certificate…不知道真的假的啊，BBB是啥
