完整过程:
8.19提交的CSR申请 未给Application Reference 只收到了In Review的邮件
8.20打了两通电话查询未果
8.21上午打电话 被告知被标记Fraud 最好通过banker申请 并让banker联系Fraud
8.21下午到Chase Branch. Banker说Fraud的原因是之前有Business Profile(笔者之前申请过business checking 但很快主动关闭了账户), 其地址与当前Personal Profile住址不同. 然后出示dl, ssn和cfu, Fraud标记解除 但信用卡仍在审核中
(Banker透露了8.20 Chase系统glitch 很多人的申请未被批准)
8.22 电话8882702127查询7-10day 遂转人工 接线员似乎知道任务 二话不说转接另外个接线员 被告知需要提交ssn证明 又问了关于能否match到新offer 回答是不能 需要重新提交申请
挂断电话 收到email以及文档上传链接. 然后找朋友重新生成了refer链接 打开是新SUB 提交申请
没过半个小时 接到chase来电 说ssn已验证 马上审核 听了几分钟音乐 被告知已批 确认了是新SUB

重点是, 两次申请CSR均没收到任何信报alert. 不知道HP去哪儿了

从来没有持有过csr， 就算是csp也是8年前就关卡了，结果还是说我持有过，所以这开卡奖励是追溯一辈子？ 跟chase直接无缘了？

主要是既没出5/24也没到48个月，怎样都下不来卡，怎么现在老csp新csr还能互相影响了呢 
所以以前拿过CSP开卡现在降级也拿不到新CSR了是吗？哪怕从来没拿过CSR的开卡？
