潭里好像还没有法签改到TLScontact以后的数据点
timeline如下：
8/22预约
9/11面签交材料
9/16 Your visa application has been transferred to the consular authority for processing
9/18 Your passport have been returned to you by post
9/19 收到护照，批了一年，还不错
纽约TLScontact所在的办公楼在装修，入口改到了56th st
不收自带的label，想亲自取件得去DC
照片被判定不合格，只能现场重拍
收费如下：
$52 TLScontact服务费
$104签证费
$40快递费
$12拍照
总体跟VFS时代没啥区别，就是服务费贵了20
