Not Insurance. The service is a guarantee that Capital One Travel will rebook you on a new, qualifying flight in the event you experience a Flight Disruption. In the event Capital One Travel is unable to provide the flight disruption assistance service to your satisfaction, Capital One Travel will provide a refund to your original payment method as specified in [Section 6]. Capital One Travel provides its customers with the flight disruption assistance service to provide a more seamless and flexible experience for travel booked on the Capital One Travel portal.
