我咨询的就是26号之前的消费一直pending points没拿到钱

几天前给[email protected]发email,刚才收到Your Friends at Honey [email protected]的回复,说是I’ve reached out to our support team so we can get more information and rest assured that I will send you a follow up email once I hear from them.”,咋一看还以为是spam。

我也收到了, 回得:

Our team is currently looking into this for you. I’ll be sure to follow up with you on the next business day (in this case, Monday) with the details.

我收到的回复 26号和以后 一笔都拿不到

The promotion terms were updated on November 26, 2025, to allow only one eligible transaction per participant, with a maximum earning limit of 25,000 points (equivalent to $250 cashback). After reviewing your account, it appears that you’ve already earned points for several purchases made between November 18–25, 2025. As a result, any transactions made on or after November 26, 2025, no longer qualify for additional rewards under the updated terms.

他们回我的说法就是term更新 以term为准 我准备学楼上老哥的抓着ux和term不一致这点 既然能pending就说明ux还是旧的逻辑 产生矛盾法律下就应该以ux为准

giftcard返现都给了,就差第二笔20%返现了

20%经过一个多月的漫长等待终于返现了,买的是KROGER的1000刀GC, 但是giftcards.com的5%点数返现又消失了了,写信过去,要求提供: your receipt directly from the merchant’s website in your order history. Just send over a screenshot your receipt with the Transaction ID, merchant name, transaction date and the Total amount visible (please refer to the attached example for guidance).

可是KROGER的GC 不是直接从giftcards.com来的,而且还是分了4笔付的,我看PAYPAL显示的MERCHANT也不是giftcards.com,大概率悲剧,还用发给他们吗?

我两笔那个5%全都在2026.1.1消失了 也是在Kroger买的 虽然当时买的时候ui确实说有5% 但是我没截图 而且Kroger买的话网址也对不上giftcard.com 这种也能尝试要吗… 感觉很难我就一直还没管

正儿八经买的货,不是GC,现在都不给我20%,pay in 4都pay清了老早,联系客服说不到90天不受理,真王八蛋的paypal,诅咒股价ATL

贡献一个DP 12/02/25下的唯一一单GC的,下单后就显示points pending了,结果大概过了一段时间points消失了。根据论坛的帖子就在1月的时候发了个邮件客气地问了问,因为买的是GC想就问问,如果不给就算了。结果一个月过去邮件没人回复想想可能是漏看了,就昨天重新发了一封一模一样的邮件问了一下,结果今天就收到回复直接给了points,算是意外之喜,还挺开心的。
