歪个楼问一些问题…

  1. 使用payin4付款，但是我提前直接还完了（就是不等他慢慢扣后面3笔），会影响这个cashback吗？
  2. cashback points多久会发放啊？要等活动结束才会结算？我买了已经几天了没动静反正。
  3. 是不是一定需要有paypal debit/credit才能redeem points？
