明白了，看来赖账主要是fake dd的问题？应该没有真DD也被赖的吧？
去年fake dd我的成了，P2没成，就很薛定谔

Each client is limited to a lifetime maximum of three new account offers, across all client accounts (and not just the E*TRADE retirement account eligible for this offer).

不过他家brokerage bonus不怎么样，还要放一年。savings最多拿2次，所以还剩一次只能checking了

Update 一下，从周六拖到现在才确认成功 apply 上 promo code 也是服了。第一次打电话过去 manual apply code 隔了两天 online chat 跟进一下告诉我被 reject 了，要 resubmit 才行，又等了两天再跟进说刚刚转达到 promotion department 还要再等两天，今天打电话过去告诉已经 apply 了但是没有邮件 confirmation. 总之尽量打电话不要 chat 因为电话好像可以直接转接 promotion department, 对自动系统说 promo code 它就懂了。
再 update: 有 confirmation 了，之前看 安排里有 alert 但是没内容，现在有了。
