新开的白金卡equinox自动显示enroll 我该相信它吗

更新一下，今天发现修好了，刚从金升上来的白金本来自己显示”Enrolled”，问了客服后说后台没有enroll，会file investigation。今天发现已经变成“Enrollment required”了。
