没说就不是吧。有些州realid要加钱的，不需要坐飞机的美国人也未必会办。

加州AB60笔试加路考考下来也没那么快吧，多出来的住宿费都够几张门票了，真来旅游的不至于，来探亲啥的倒是可以考虑
How does a fee collector determine whether tour participants are U.S. residents or not?
To purchase an America the Beautiful Resident Annual Pass, a visitor will need to show proof of U.S. citizenship or residency. Acceptable documents include a U.S. Passport, U.S. government (state or territory)-issued driver’s license or state ID, or Permanent Residency card (“green card”). Anyone may purchase the America the Beautiful Non-Resident Annual Pass.
Commercial tour companies and CUA companies will be expected to know the number of nonresidents and America the Beautiful Non-Resident Annual Pass holders prior to entering a park so they can provide this information to the fee collector.

这些要求一天一变的，就像之前戏h1b牛马一样，不过倒是可以这个月结束之前买一个能看的卡面
有美国驾照以后去日本也可以自驾。挺多国家/美国的州不认可中国驾照（或者灰色地带）。以前不值的，现在每年立省$170可能就值了。
当然根据自己情况判断，本来就在加州探亲住几天的就可以提上日程了。
所以H1B和F1也算是residents了？
还有10天，还没买pass的潭友们抓紧了

xhs上有个人说就算司机有驾照，乘客如果是外国人也得掏钱100刀。那人是不是旅行社的故意想坑游客钱

商业的旅行团按人算的，不能司机有卡，带一车人进。美国人跟团也一样要交门票。具体到nonresident，那就是门票+surcharge。

至于resident能不能带nonresident，没说带的人得是resident。带的nonresident要不要交$100，我的理解是，让美国人证明没有证件的儿童是美国人去吧。
For locations that charge per vehicle , the Resident Annual Pass covers the entrance or standard amenity (day-use) fees for the pass holder and passengers in one non-commercial vehicle, or up to two motorcycles.
For locations that charge per person , the Digital Resident Annual Pass covers the entrance or standard amenity (day-use) fees for the pass holder plus 3 adults (16 and older), not to exceed 4 adults.

按NPS说法Nonresidents要用$250的Nonresident Annual Pass才没有格外$100费用，就是说即使今年买了$80的Standard Pass，明年也要交$100费用。
其实$250如果是一家人用得上的话也还好，如果是1个人去一个公园那确实有点贵。
16岁以下儿童/青少年本来就免费，无所谓是不是resident，主要考虑过来探亲的老人吧。
resident带non-resident要不要费用估计他们自己也没搞清楚？毕竟是以前从来没有出现过的情况
七人座需要两张pass吗？明年初家里人来玩，车上7人有四个不是resident，思考这问题很久了。
按车收费的公园，non-commercial group 都是管一辆车。我理解是一辆大巴把九族都拉上，也是一张年卡。

我又研究了一下，我的理解是，在 80 块钱年票基础上，如果车里面有 non-resident 按照人头，如果想去这 11 个国家公园，每人再收 100 块钱。except 有 non-resident pass。
