lactose free的牛奶其实只是加了lactase enzyme吗？lactase enzyme就是那个 Lactaid Fast Act Lactose Intolerance Relief Caplets的主要成分。

Milk
Lactase enzyme*
Vitamin D3
*Ingredient not in regular milk.

instacart 上的stock 并不一定对 Maple hill 这种抢手的 经常是到了已经没货了
知乎上有人贴了成分表，乳糖酶也在其中
的确是
他家FAQ的说法是 超滤去除了绝大多数乳糖 剩下的还是通过乳糖酶分解的 但是他家的确口感不会有很突出的甜

Maple Hill还好吧 我一周在instacart上买两桶 从来没有没货过
我在walmart 上买 3次中有一次有货吧。 都是many in stock…
小超市的问题是溢价太严重
walmart 标价 $6 大概 0.5 gal, 小店铺标价 $9-$11 想钱想疯了
