老用户根据这个操作，创建了新的账户之后，原来的plan和账户需要额外申请停止吗？还是说会自动转到新的plan和账户？
要 而且關閉舊帳戶必須透過人工客服才可以
我去年跟今年都原本收到了自動發來的cancel request email
但是最終都沒有自動取消 還得後面聯繫客服

I tried and got email offer from c1s offering up to $300 expiring Friday. Should I let it lapse to get $450? How soon after the $300 offer do you get $450, if you recall? Or did you just get $450 from get go? Thanks!!!
I have targeted email for 300, 405 and chrome extension 450. 300 is 1 or 2 day. 405 not for sure. Extension only once

it was a pure random c1s extension notification, maybe several days after the emails.

I was able to sign up finally using P2 as new customer.
There was some glitch with my address where the Xfinity system wouldn’t recognize my address as having existing service, asked for $100 professional install fee, and when got to checkout screen actually was listing a slightly different address than the one in the search.
I was able to write a tampermonkey script to replace the elocId and locationId at https://www.xfinity.com/digital/service/api/getaddress using one I pulled from a HAR file generated via the old requestly interceptor app when using system wide proxy, logged into my old Xfinity account , and choosing the web option to upgrade service - it is listed as locationId there
I am happy to post the tampermonkey script but would prefer to do so in platinum zone (if desired) so not indexed by Google. Not sure if anyone else has this problem though
