不能拿绿卡，只能入籍

一般情况下，只有公民或合法永久居民可以入伍，

但国防部长可以在“对国家利益至关重要（vital to the national interest）”的情况下，豁免这一限制。

如果你是强化人超级战士，并且可以找认识hegeseth的校友帮你pitch一下，就说你参战就可以一天结束战争，应该会破例让你入伍

感觉reserve死的比例好高。之前中东那死了2个小黑，也是reserve的。
