他2024年从尼日利亚搞了一堆文件来证明他之前说的大多其实不是假话，政府就争辩文件不可靠，今年4月政府还交了个motion要exclude那堆尼日利亚文件as hearsay，结果几天后政府就主动motion to dismiss in the interests of justice了，没有更具体的理由，不知道搞什么。不知道会不会refile.
一般和政府达成交易，也会有个plea agreement给法庭的，不会这样悄无声息dismiss。

他的资料前后不一致的地方也确实有点多，出生地这一项就非常inconsistent。申请Asylum和N-400的时候说自己在塞拉利昂出生，结果他小孩的出生证上写他自己出生地为尼日利亚
被FBI抄家的时候翻出一堆文件坐实了他的真名，他的half brother跟他之间的通信，还有当年他的half brother给他办I-130的时候伪造的文件。
虚假陈述一箩筐，最后dismiss了，行吧，但是这只是意味着USA vs 他的 criminal case dismiss了,但是civil denaturalization还是可以继续的吧？
