我没开过bilt,不过Amex/chase 都是算得
我试了任何cash有关甚至cat是financial service的全被bilt decline了
Cardless 是出了名的玩不起
你decline之后刷其它的还能用吗？
我昨天试着giftcards.com用paypal split 几刀到粑粑金看看能不能得到积分 被decline 然后卡就完全不能用了 之后的transaction全decline
限制这么多，感觉只能买一台A7M5来完成目标了

昨天付DMV的车辆注册费被拒了，但是用VX也被拒，可能是某个vendor的普遍现象
昨天付了两千左右的各种消费，只有DMV一个被拒了
