The enhancements we've made to Pay & Transfer will allow you to have better control over your payments. Unfortunately, due to a technology issue during the change, any eBills set up in Bill Pay for your personal credit cards were canceled on February 28 by mistake. What you can do If you'd still like to receive payment reminders, you can enroll in similar alerts. Keep in mind, you still have access to your statement in Mobile and Online Banking. What you need to know As a part of this change, we're moving the ability to pay personal Bank of America credit cards from Bill Pay to Pay & Transfer. If you aren't already, please make any new one-time payments using the Transfer tab in Pay & Transfer. You're still able to use the Bill Pay Service to pay your other bills, but your personal Bank of America credit card is no longer listed as an eligible payee in the Payment Center. Here are some of the enhancements we made To make it easier for you, everything you need to pay and manage your Bank of America credit card is under the Pay & Transfer tab. In Pay & Transfer, all your payment activity is in one place. You're able to set up recurring payments that better align to your statement dates and balances. 你现在建议做什么(很实用)
- 登录 BoA App/网银 → Pay & Transfer,确认你的信用卡付款入口在那里是否正常。

- 如果你之前依赖 eBills 自动提示,最近这期账单自己再手动确认一下到期日和是否已按时付款。
