此前为薅 citi 750 羊毛开了priority checking+saving，priority结束后一直用wealfhfront往里做RTP，以为能免月费
1月账单出，被扣一笔月费，让客服waive掉，得知RTP不算EDD，索性2月份用paypal ACH转了一笔
谁知2月账单出，又被扣15刀。客服这次详细解释，总算知道缘由，在此也mark一下：
Enhanced direct deposit must be received the calendar month prior to their last statement cycle to satisfy fee waiver requirement for Everyday benefits.
账单是那一天出，就必须在上一个自然月内收到250刀EDD
我的账单刚好是整个自然月，所以即便2.1-2.28是一个账单周期，也得在1.1-1.31收到EDD才行。。。
不过客服提交申请后，还是给我waive了月费，没想到没被反薅emm
