想要回国取钱就去开这个checking，结果证券账户开出来了 checking被拒绝了，理由是查了chex。这个checking没有开卡 奖励之前都没管过，现在要用了反而开不出来了。至今没开出来的就是SFCU和这个了

可是他家证劵账户也能回国取钱，同时有卡。开不出来就算了。
