不到2个月信用记录，4月底刚拿到SSN开了discover it + chase cff，分别给了1500 和 800 cl. checking + saving 1砖，chase账户1年半，800cl的cff刷了1200刀左右并全部还清。
6/24下午两点多Chase APP申请，喜提review 7-10
过了三小时下班回家打了2127 recon，系统自动语言提示依旧说7-10，转人工后说decline，给了两个理由：
- Insufficient credit history
- Not enough balance in checking, saving, CD account (可能是砖前一天才搬到位的原因)
当场跟客服申请recon，直接转到了lending department。跟客服说我刚存了钱。确认了income和rent，然后问：我看你Discover的usage很高，打算什么时候还（出statement前没还，信报上有55% utilization）
我说我已经还了，用的是chase checking account还的，你可以去查。
听了差不多4分钟音乐，congratulations you’re approved, 5000cl
approve后转接了costumer service，更改了邮寄地址和rush delivery
全程一个电话，算上三段转接和所有等待时间，总耗时23分钟
