公寓换HVAC滤网但是我人不在家怎么办

收到公寓这样一个邮件，但是我人不在家啊，完全没办法去处理。

During today’s preventative maintenance inspection, our maintenance team attempted to replace your HVAC air filter but was unable to do so because the air return vent was blocked by personal belongings in either your coat closet or your guest bedroom closet.

Our team will return on Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to complete the air filter replacement.

Please ensure that the area around the air return vent is completely cleared before our arrival. We must have safe and unobstructed access to the HVAC system to perform the required maintenance.

If our team is unable to access the air filter during Friday’s visit due to the area still being blocked, a lease violation and applicable fines will be issued.

不是摄像头的问题，我人在旅行，根本没法回去清理他们说的HVAC区域啊。

我连他们说的HVAC是什么东西都不知道。

告诉他你不在家，让他们自己挪？

大公寓一般不是有你家门钥匙的吗？贴了notice就等于可以强行进屋了

我没不允许他们进啊，但是他们要求我清理家里的一个区域方便他们维护。

但是我根本不在家啊，没法帮他们清理。

没有，除了房东和水电公司没人知道我住哪儿。

那你跟他们说你不在家啊 叫他们换时间 这问我们干啥

Please make sure there is nothing blocking the air vents in your closets to allow maintenance to change the air filters. We will not be rescheduling times.

不是 你跟他们说你最近在旅游 没法回去整理不就好了。。。。

我不是很理解

他们的意思是（1）维护人员不会碰我东西（2）如果我不把东西挪了他们就罚款。

但是我又不能传送回去挪东西……

他们说为了维护人员的安全不会碰我东西……

我知道。 我意思是你除了跟他们说你最近都在出差没法回去后

其他还有选择吗

不允许进入算违约 但是有杂物罚款lease里应该不可能写
提前说好物品清单如果发现东西丢了坏了就会报警找律师 他们会当心的

然后看邮件意思就是你的衣柜挡住了……

我其实没太懂发生了什么……但是他们要移就移吧。

主要是他们不肯动我东西，我就不知道怎么和他们说。
