不过好消息是pre opt暂时还没被动手，stem专业的话，可以靠pre-opt先干最多11个月的实习。然后毕业后直接干几天opt后开始申请stem opt延期，最后能拿到至少两年opt，可以最多抽签三次
所以这个memo等于是把opt从三年减少到了两年。
非stem专业的话，比较凉。比如法学，你不实习就没有办法毕业找到工作，但你实习的话opt本身就只有一年还要减少，毕业直接寄
