被拒，说现在批的卡不能改邮寄方式，而新账户十天后才能寄replacement。需要HUCA吗？记得坛里有成功更改的DP呀。

Due to security reasons, the delivery schedule, including the address, delivery partner, or any other modifications—cannot be changed within 10 days of the new account being established. After 10 days of the new account being established, we can arrange replacement or possible modification can be made. The delivery details are already set when the card is approved.
