伊利诺伊发退税是通过寄支票吗？之前银行账户收到了联邦退税，今天查了一下州退税显示的是“We have completed processing your return and have released your refund to the Illinois Comptroller. Typically refunds are issued within 10 business days after we release them to the Comptroller’s office.”
USPS informed delivery显示确实有一封来自illinois state comptroller的信，但并没有收到。请问有人知道该怎么办吗？
