刚刚通过手机app上的chat拿到3000点，一共4张。给大家复述一下过程

Me：Hello, I have 4 club access rewards expiring at Dec 31, can I exchange them to points?
客服：Yes，I can give you 500 points per award.
Me: My friend told me he got 3000 points, can you do the same for me? I’m a globalist.
客服：This is evaluated case by case, I can only authorize you 500.
Me: Alright, I will take it.
客服：What’s your full name and email address?
Me: Blahblahblahblah
过了十分钟
客服：Hello，I’m able to authorize you 3000 points per award.

然后就拿到3000点了
