我之前一开始不懂也去用学校code租，发现确实学校跟租车公司有contract的必须是staff或者faculty才能用，之后我就没再用过了，因为那种用协议code租了车保险理论上是学校cover的，那样反而invalidate了信用卡自带的保险，就是说万一出险的话学校最后可能发现不是employee而拒绝理赔，最后只能自己垫上，反而是为了省小钱赔了大钱。

这一点有必要感激一下university of California
整个uc系的租车code（hertz/enterprise/national）都允许学生/faculty/staff的personal travel使用。甚至还允许学生直接走travel portal订协议价。

这里有几个问题
- 要区别personal code vs. business code. 我个人没听说过personal code有带保险的. 带保险的就要留心识别是不是用错了code或者学校到底有没有personal code.
- 如果是business code, 也不是不能用。很多租车公司会honor the rate but refuse the insurance. Worth a try. 但怕有保险纠纷的话一定要主动提出拒绝code里的保险
- 如果真是personal code with insurance, 那确实要考虑下允不允许‘学生’的问题，但是应该也可以主动拒绝保险

你不satisfied的事由发生在你签合同之前，这就没道理了

同公司的national code和enterprise是一样的
我校租车code的eligibility如下。不过很模糊的一点确实是RA/TA/GA，我觉得应该算employee. 而且它并没说employee要是full time employee. 另外注意non-business, personal rental一定是没包保险的
Eligibility for business rentals: Faculty, staff, consultants, contractors, and students, who are a minimum of 18 years of age, whose rental expenses are paid for or reimbursed by The University are eligible.
Eligibility for non-business, personal rentals: Any employee of the University who wishes to rent for personal use only. Students who are renting on behalf of intramural sports organizations or clubs directly affiliated with the University.
Eligible Renters may be required to provide evidence of eligibility at the time of rental.
可能判断ta，ra这种算不算employee可以看是不是拿w-2表

还是学生的时候用过enterprise好像没有waive under25 fee所以有可能记忆里不便宜
hertz和national的code实在是找不到啊
