请教一下，在hertz租车用了公司code，包含的是liability insurance supplement，应该不包含damage wavier。同时我购买了运通白金卡24.95的租车保险。请问这种情况下，如果想让amex保险作为primary insurance，我需要去前台取消code自带的liability insurance吗? 还是说两者不冲突。

To take advantage of this protection, simply decline the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) or similar option offered by the car rental agency.

所以liability也算是similar code吗 我看说amex这个保险是不包含liability的
开车之前又不需要宣誓：我选择amex作为primary insurance

按我的理解liability跟CDW这些是不一样的 decline CDW就好了 不确定的话你可以打电话问问amex

Amex 24.95 那個保險對等的是租車公司的 CDW，liability 是另外一個保險，兩者不衝突。
