ETFCU改名Liberty FCU

Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union has enjoyed unprecedented growth in recent years. Today, I would like to share some exciting news about our future.

As you know, ETFCU was established in 1936 to serve educators in southern Indiana. Over the past 86 years, we have grown to 28 branches across three states serving more than 265,000 members from all walks of life.

In September, we will change our name to Liberty Federal Credit Union to better represent our increasingly diverse and widespread membership.

Although we are changing our name, we will remain the same nationally recognized credit union you’ve come to know and trust. Our name change will not impact how you bank with us. Your online and mobile banking, debit and credit cards, and checks will all continue to work as normal.

Still, when your credit union changes its name, it is natural to have questions. We understand. We have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions for you to view at or at any branch location. You can also contact us at 1-800-800-9271 with any questions.

Our credit union’s success and correlating growth are a testament to you, our members. Join us as we celebrate with special offers throughout the summer on certificates, auto loans, and more.

Thank you for allowing us to serve all your banking needs.
