Percents以后退款不回到percents balance了，而是直接退回original payment。现有的balance也会陆续退回。
退款流基本gg了吧
Hi there! Kirk here with a new product update to the Percents experience.
Historically, we have processed refunded transactions to your Percents Balance, to be used towards future transactions with your Percents card. Starting today, all matched refunds on your Percents card will be processed back to your underlying credit or debit card, rather than to your Percents Balance. This includes any remaining Percents Balance that we were able to match with a historical refund. You can expect these funds to appear on your card statement within 5-10 business days.

vgc就可以退 不明白套信用卡退款的撸点在哪?
他只是说matched refund，没准机票upgrade 改签大法或许有用

拿percents套了N层娃刷stockpile，才刷了2天$200就被stockpile封掉了，比percents动作还快，白交了stockpile的会费
