Amex年费超30天后关卡退年费DP（坐标MA）

5月交了年费
6月初Post了Free Night
6/16关卡，精确地按天数prorate退回了年费

注意到MA有一条法律 “If the cardholder cancels the agreement at any other time during the year, he shall receive a refund on a pro-rata basis of two-thirds of the annual fee.”
以往的DP是不prorate直接退2/3的年费，这次则发现是prorate全部不取2/3。可能Amex现在对MA用户的算法是max(prorate, 2/3)？

那关卡 年费会退到哪里呢

退到账户里显示closed的卡上，变成负balance，然后联系客服转到还款checking

amex好像一直退，但是chase不退，BARCLAYS好像也不退，不知道BOA
