用了FN， 就不能住三送一了吧？ 还是比较尴尬啊
答案是不能，即使是取消了一天也不能reopen，只能重新申请。

chase重开成功的有很多。
Chase allows you to reopen a card soon after it was closed, even if it was closed on purpose, and certainly if there was a miscommunication.

上次是2019年10月申请的IHG Premier 卡。按这个term的意思，可以把现在的卡关掉，再重新申请把？（只要上次拿bonus是2年前就行了）

有老的49年费的卡，之前一直发信让升级没升。今天收到chase纸质邀请，pre-select IHG Rewards Premium Credit card。花3000给140k点，但没有free night。 信里还有邀请码，这个可以突破有老卡不能申请新卡的规定吗？谢谢！
