Refund:
If you booked a redemption ticket, you can cancel a completely unused ticket for a fee of USD120 or Asia Miles17,000 through our online form, Link opens in a new window operated by external parties and may not conform to the same accessibility policies as Cathay Pacific prior to your ticket expiry date. The Asia Miles balance used to claim the award will then be credited to your account. Airport taxes and fuel surcharges will be refunded to the original payment credit card within 4 to 6 weeks at the current prevailing rate of exchange.
Rebook:
Enjoy one free change for tickets issued on or before 31 December 2022. Travel must be completed by 31 December 2023.
A flight change fee of USD50 or 7,500 Asia Miles will be charged for any additional changes and for tickets issued on or after 1 January 2023*.
