最近发现hertz和national都攒了不少rental free day了，准备马丁路德金日出去用用。如果整个行程全部使用free rental days，用amex（已经enroll了premium rental car insurance）或者某张提供CDW的VISA卡，还有用吗？还是说必须要买租车公司给的CDW了。谢谢各位大哥大姐指教
这个insurance貌似要靠一笔租车公司的charge触发，如果你全部都用free day感觉无法触发

National 的free day不是完全免费，也要出很少一部分税钱还是啥的

premium rental car insurance有时候charge有时候不charge 搞得我都不敢用
某一天自己出钱能不能解决问题？
amex policy:
A Cardmember is covered if they receive a “free rental” as a result of a
promotion, where they have had to make previous vehicle rentals if each
such previous rental was entirely paid for with the Cardmember’s Card
and the applicable taxes for the “free rental” have been charged to the
Cardmember’s Card;

free day是只能free one way吗？还是可以round trip然后按照天数减免？
National可以任意行程，减免其中一天

会不会之前按周计费7天的行程因为减免1天变成了按天计费，6天反而更贵？
不会的，还是按week rate给你算钱，然后按比例减掉 1 天的钱。billing 上会显示一个CE reward 的减免

再搭车问一下，取消了一个带Free day的reservation结果free day credit还没有回来，是不是要等一两天才会回到账户呀？应该只是National渣IT吧
