可能是targeted的offer？昨天刚在Amex买了CD今天就收到邮件

悲伤的故事：这个promotion只针对持有Amex卡并且没有开过savings account的
因为我昨天刚买了CD，所以已经不符合要求了，没法薅这个羊毛

昨天刚收到一封savings account的纸质信，只提了3.3%利率，没有bonus啊
是的利率是3.3% 这个应该是额外的promotion
目前不清楚这个target的机制但我是昨天刚买了他家的1年CD今天就收到了邮件
POID是什么？在邮件最下方。我收到了promote这个账户的邮件，POID gdhi:0001 但没提奖励。按amex的尿性如果POID一样，可能可以薅也说不定

只要没写着BONUS 就不用尝试 这个EMAIL有两种格式 一种是推销的 另外一种就是给BONUS的
我是收到350的EMAIL之后 又收到一个没有带奖励的推销 格式一摸一样 就是少了BONUS

2022/ 9/13 收过一次offer email.
开好之后2023/1/13 拿到$350了，不过之前要放3个月, 这次只要两个月
我连上一次的bonus都还没收到。。。
