As you may be aware, our company Railsr has served as the program manager and service provider for the Paceline credit card.
Paceline is changing service providers in order to enhance their credit card program’s features and benefits. Paceline will communicate to you separately regarding outstanding considerations and benefits relating to rewards associated with your Paceline card.
As of February 23 2023, we are terminating your right to make new purchases on your Paceline credit card. This is NOT because of any action or failure on your part and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
While your account will be unable to make new purchases, you will still be required to continue to make payments, monitor transactions, view statements, and treat the accounts as remaining open for all other purposes until the balances are paid in full. Any existing balances need to be repaid per the payment requirements outlined within your cardholder agreement and as outlined on your statements.We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this action.
We will continue to serve you until any remaining balance is paid in full. If you have any questions please call the number on the back of your card for additional information.
