Thanks but I mean how long after annual fee posting do you have to be able to call and get points? I’ve called multiple times but it is all 1k. Statement closes tomorrow and they said tomorrow is last day I can call (well they said tomorrow is last day to close or downgrade and get annual fee refunded).
So I called >5 times throughout the month and offers were all 1k. Today is statement close date and I got 6k so accepted immediately.
retention points什么时候都可以去要吧，我有试过年费post以后几个月才去要retention 30天应该是退年费的deadline和要retension没关系

Ok thanks. It’s weird because I was told two days ago I don’t have 30 days but only until statement close which supposedly is today and annual fee posted 3/3 so less than thirty days. But maybe she was wrong.
昨天post 年费，今天去要，也是只给了羞辱性的1k, 过去一年花了差不多3w..
Seems like calling on statement close date or maybe different day of week can help, or just luck.
去年刷了$10k左右，刚刚打电话要饭，客服说只能给5k，我说不行你给我转接supervisor，然后supervisor重复一遍流程跟我说她也只能给5k……无语下周再打一次
最近好像变抠门了？？有人近期要饭要到过10k么

第二个电话白人小姐姐 直接问retention 要了卡号住址etc 然后说可以降级 我再问有没有point offer 说可以给10k 接了
感觉主要还是看客服，huca到好客服就不太需要什么话术。

发现年费charge上了，周日打了电话，给了10k点。试图问问有没有30k点的offer，回答只有10k的offer。
持卡很多年 第一次要offer，给了5k我就接了。

刚打电话问客服，最开始还是给了APR of 15.99%。
追问有没有point offer，客服说能看到有但是看不到细节，
去问了supervisor，给了10k。
