本来以为UR只能转给household，以为还要申请添加验证household member之类，结果根本不要要， 打电话给客服一秒完成转分，而且和客服小姐姐确认过不需要是household，任何人的任何卡都行，只要知道对方卡号和姓名。原来转分这么容易？这样看来CSP/CSR不是那么重要了？

chase钓鱼执法而已，你还真上当啊。
除非你只卖分给同一个人，且这个人一直under the radar没有被太多人加成转分对象，不然早晚会上家下家一起杀。
给你转的客服又不负责杀全家= =
chase这点做的真差劲，风控看起来很高危的行为，随便就可以进行操作

给他人转ur一直是chase g点，封控和客服又不是一个部门，到时候封控部门看到了迟早杀全家
求问下那如果想要添加配偶作为固定转分对象，应该怎么添加 谢谢
打电话找客服，报卡号就可以添加，然后你的系统里就能看到了。

chase这点是真差劲。自己term写的很清楚，还居然允许通过客服转。像楼主一样被坑的不知还有多少。
You can move your points, but only to another Chase card with Ultimate Rewards belonging to you, or one member of your household. 回头风控部门不和你讲道理，直接杀全家的。
客服又不管杀全家不杀全家。
大家的经验都是当年一大批人被这样钓鱼执法杀全家得出来的…

培训不到位
所以叫“钓鱼执法”啊
大门为你敞开，但只要不按条款来，chase随时都可以对你执法。
这个客服又不是风控部门的….一小时5刀的客服，客户让干啥即干啥，别的不多说一句话，多好的客服啊！
