众所周知，蓝州的路都坑坑洼洼的，路况极差（说的就是你BOS），平时开车也就是颠颠算了，骑车的因为自行车道上的坑坑洼洼摔了能把市政府告了索要医药费么？还是美国也有路政养护部门？
除了医药费，美国有误工费这种东西么？

反正好多路段开车过坑把车伤了是可以赔的，骑车伤车同理（同样是property damage应该同样可以赔），但是人伤不好说

没看法律原文但是人受伤不算property damage，算personal injury。另外除了证明责任你还需要证明损失，不雇律师情况下最好情况你大概能报销医疗费？
