Bank of America Non-Rewards credit card accounts will be issued a statement credit equal to 2% of the first $2,500 of Purchase transactions, up to a maximum of $50 per unique Consumer credit card account or unique Small Business company. Purchase transactions must post to the account and have a transaction date of 11/09/2023 ET. For Consumer credit cards without rewards, the statement credit will generally be applied to your existing balance with the highest APR before being applied to any balances with lower APRs. For Small Business credit cards without rewards, the statement credit will generally be applied to your existing Purchase balance.
Merchants provide the transaction date, which may be on or after the date you authorized the transaction, and before the date the transaction posts to your account. The following transaction types are not purchases and will not count towards this promotional offer: Balance Transfers; Cash Advances; fees and interest charges. Limit one bonus rewards offer per unique credit card account. Allow up to two billing cycles after the promotion ends for the promotional cash rewards, points, Miles, or statement credit to be added to your account. Receipt of this bonus reward does not affect your responsibility to pay your Minimum Payment Due shown on each statement you receive from us. The value of this reward may constitute taxable income to you. You may be issued an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 (or other appropriate form) that reflects the value of such reward. Limitations: All of the following conditions are applicable throughout the entire promotional period, which is inclusive of the date the offer begins through the date the promotional cash rewards, points, Miles, or statement credit are fulfilled. Your account must be open and have active charging privileges in order to receive the promotional cash rewards, points, Miles, or statement credit as a result of this offer. Other advertised promotional bonus rewards offers can vary from this promotion and may not be substituted. This offer will not apply to any customer bonus or account opening bonus, nor will you receive the Preferred Rewards bonus on the additional rewards earned. Promotional cash rewards, points, Miles, or statement credits earned as a result of this promotion are incremental of cash rewards, points, Miles, or statement credits earned on purchases through regular use of your card’s rewards program and/or other promotions you may have. Only Purchases that post to your account and appear on your statement with a transaction date of 11/9/2023 ET will qualify. Purchase eligibility is based on transaction(s) occurring on the account from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm Eastern Time (ET) on 11/09/2023. This means that your transaction must occur during the Eastern Time period – not your local time. For example, a transaction that occurs at 11 pm Pacific time on 11/09/2023 would be considered 2 am Eastern Time on 11/10/2023 and therefore will not be eligible for the bonus offer. Merchants can impact when a transaction will appear on your statement if they delay processing of the purchase. Transactions with delayed processing of 90 days or more will not be eligible to be included in the promotional offer.
